At Retrofit.nu, we deliver premium installation services for Audi owners who demand OEM-quality results. Whether it's a simple CarPlay upgrade or a full ACC + Virtual Cockpit retrofit, we install every component with precision, safety, and long-term reliability in mind.
How It Works
- Contact us with your vehicle details (model, VIN, and requested upgrade)
- We review your car’s specifications and confirm compatibility
- A deposit of 50% is required to book your installation slot
- Installations are performed at our workshop in Vellinge, Sweden
- Final payment is made upon completion
Installation Timeline
Most installations are completed the same day. For larger and more complex retrofits — such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) systems, 360° camera installations, or Matrix headlight retrofits — additional time may be required. We always provide an estimated timeframe before confirming your booking.
Parts Policy
To guarantee full compatibility, safety, and warranty coverage, Retrofit.nu only installs parts supplied directly by us. We do not install customer-supplied parts under any circumstances.
Payments
- 50% deposit required upon booking confirmation
- Balance due on completion of work
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Klarna, Direct Bank Transfer
Warranty & Support
- We offer a 24-month warranty on installations and parts purchased from us
- Remote support is available for minor adjustments or recoding if needed after installation
Important Note on Coding and SVM Updates
Some software updates through Audi’s dealer network may overwrite or interfere with retrofit coding (SVM). While we take all steps to minimize this risk, we cannot guarantee permanent SVM protection on vehicles still under Audi factory warranty. In the event of SVM reset, re-coding is available at a reduced service fee.
