2. Ordering

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.
If the order is paid using PayPal, the amount will be reserved/deducted from your account at the time of the purchase. The payment will be released to us by PayPal as soon as the order is shipped out.
If there is any mistake in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at shop@retrofit.nu.

3. Delivery

Our standard delivery times are 1-10 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday at the earliest.
If there are any delays in the delivery (without prior notice of longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address shop@retrofit.nu.

4. Prices

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and EUR, and all prices include 25% VAT.
For EU B2B customers, the price will be shown as excl. VAT after successful login.
We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

4.1 In-house Installations

For installation services carried out in-house at our workshop, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance shall be paid on-site upon completion of the job.
The deposit can be paid via bank transfer. The remaining balance can be paid via Swish, credit card, or direct bank transfer.
In order to book an in-house installation, the customer must contact us directly via email or phone. A separate invoice will then be issued, as in-house installations cannot be ordered through the webshop.
The deposit is non-refundable, as all parts and materials are ordered specifically for the booked job.
If a booked installation appointment is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy is necessary as we are unable to schedule alternative work on such short notice.

Invoices that remain unpaid for more than 7 days from the date of issue will be automatically canceled, and a new quotation and price calculation will be required for any future booking.
In the event of a previously unpaid invoice, Retrofit.nu reserves the right to require full prepayment (100%) on future bookings before parts are ordered and installation is scheduled.
