Audi RS6 C8 – Full B&O Premium 3D Sound Retrofit
This Audi RS6 C8 Avant was originally equipped with the standard Audi Sound System. The owner wanted the full Bang & Olufsen Premium 3D Sound System as delivered from factory on high-spec A6 and RS6 models.
The result is a complete transformation of the vehicle’s sound performance while maintaining 100% OEM appearance and integration.
Upgrade from Audi Sound System to B&O Premium
The retrofit included replacement of all speakers, installation of the dedicated B&O amplifier and full integration with the vehicle’s MIB3 infotainment system.
The B&O system on the A6 C8 / RS6 C8 platform operates within the vehicle’s Ethernet-based architecture, ensuring seamless communication and factory-level functionality.
3D Sound & Interior OEM Conversion
To achieve true factory specification, we replaced the A-pillars and D-pillars with original Bang & Olufsen 3D speaker units and corresponding interior trims with B&O branding.
No custom modifications were made. All components installed were genuine Audi / Bang & Olufsen parts, identical to factory-delivered specification.
Factory-Level Coding & Integration
After hardware installation, full OEM coding and system configuration were performed to ensure correct amplifier communication, sound profiles and MMI control.
The system functions exactly like a factory-equipped B&O Premium 3D vehicle – with full MMI integration and proper acoustic balance.
