In addition to our Terms and Conditions, as a B2B customer, you accept these terms.
Registration
Upon registration as a B2B customer, we require the following information:
First name and Last name
Email
Company name
Company address
VAT number
Our customer service must validate all information. You will receive a confirmation email when the approval is made, and the account is activated.
Please note we can only ship the goods to the registered Company address.
Discount for B2B Customers
We offer our B2B customers discounts between 5-15%.
These discounts are permanent and will not expire. The amounts needed to upgrade to the next level must not be in one purchase. All orders count towards this.
All amounts are excluding VAT.
- B2B Level 1:
0-25.000 SEK / 0-2.200 EUR
This is the entry-level for all approved B2B customers. This gives a direct discount of 5% on everything in the webshop. - B2B Level 2:
25.000-50.000 SEK / 2.200 EUR - 4.400 EUR
We value our returning customers, so when you have spent 20.000 SEK / 2.200 EUR, we will upgrade your account to B2B Level 2, which gives a 10% webshop discount. - B2B Level 3:
50.000 SEK / 4.400 EUR and over.
The highest discount of 15% will be given to our customers who spend more than 50.000 SEK / 4.400 EUR.
When placing an order
By purchasing goods from our webshop, you accept these terms and conditions. You commit to following the terms in their entirety. As a workshop, you are responsible for verifying that the part you have ordered fits the vehicle in which the part is to be installed. If unsure, you should always contact us.
In that case, you should provide accurate information about the vehicle the part is to be installed on, the registration number (Denmark and Sweden only), the chassis number (VIN), and any other information that is valuable to make an assessment.
Payment
After your account is approved, you can see all prices with discounts when logged in.
For Swedish companies, the price will be shown, incl. VAT.
For the EU B2B companies, the prices will be shown excl. VAT.
You can choose to pay in SEK or EUR.
The currency exchange rates are updated once per day.
All orders must be fully paid before they are shipped out.
Upon receipt
Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival and contact us immediately if you have not received the part you ordered or if the part does not match the information.
Transport damage:
- When you receive a delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately for any transport damage.
- You should carefully examine both the goods and the packaging to identify visible damages that may have occurred during transportation.
- Any damages should be documented through photographs or other appropriate documentation and immediately reported to us.
Reporting damages:
- You should immediately contact us and inform them of any transport damages.
- You should provide detailed information about the damages and, if possible, attach pictures or other evidence of the damages.
Return
You have the right to return the car part in case of a delivery error, i.e., you have received a car part you did not order.
You do not have the right to return a car part if, for example, your customer canceled the order or if you have ordered the wrong car part.
In some cases, exceptions may be approved, but we determine whether they approve the return case-by-case.
Always wait for approval and information before returning the part.
The return should be made promptly after approval but no later than 9 days.
If you send the return yourself, the shipment must be traceable, and you must provide the shipment ID.
Dispute and choice of law
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall primarily be resolved amicably between the parties. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be decided by a general court with the seller's nearest district court in Sweden as the first instance.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and related legal matters shall be determined in accordance with applicable Swedish law.
