Audi e-tron GE – FoD Functions Activation (Remote Session)

Remote activation of Factory-on-Demand (FoD) functions for Audi e-tron GE models. This service is intended for vehicles where FoD functions are missing or defective due to known issues such as user profile errors, missing backend signals, regional restrictions (e.g. US imports), or other configuration-related problems.

Important Preconditions

• This service applies only to vehicles with missing or defective FoD functionality
• We cannot verify in advance whether FoD is defective on a specific vehicle
• Before activation, the customer must sign a confirmation document stating that the FoD functions are defective
• The confirmation document is required before activation. Please contact us if you wish to review it in advance.
• Vehicles imported from the US or vehicles with altered backend configuration may require additional handling

Technical Requirements (Mandatory)

• ENet cable (VAS5054A or other interfaces are not supported)
• Stable wired internet connection (minimum 250 / 250 Mbit)
• Wired LAN connection is strongly recommended
• Mobile phone hotspots are not accepted
• If the internet connection is interrupted during activation, additional recovery work may be required and additional costs may apply

Gateway Software Information

• Vehicles with gateway software versions 03xx or 05xx require a gateway software update
• Gateway software update cost: 850 SEK (not included in the activation service)

Remote Coding & Activation

All required coding and FoD activation is performed remotely by Retrofit.nu using an ENet connection. The process is carried out carefully to restore the intended FoD functionality without altering vehicle configuration beyond the required scope.

Important Ordering Information

• This is a remote, VIN-specific activation service. Once activation has been completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
• To prevent misuse and chargeback-related issues, this service is available via bank transfer only.
• The service is performed after payment is confirmed and the required confirmation document is signed.
• Please enter your VIN in the order comments when placing the order.
• Digital activation services may be ordered together. Physical products must be ordered separately.
