Audi e-tron GE Rear View Camera (RVC) Retrofit Activation (RetroLab Pro)

OEM activation for integrating an original Rear View Camera (RVC) on Audi e-tron GE models. This activation is intended for vehicles where the correct OEM rear view camera hardware has already been installed. It performs the required vehicle coding and system configuration so the rest of the vehicle recognizes and fully integrates the rear view camera into the infotainment system. The activation is carried out using RetroLab Pro — no manual coding or remote session required.

Important

This activation does not modify or parameterize the camera unit itself. The rear view camera must already be correctly parameterized and fully functional. This activation codes the vehicle so it recognizes the installed RVC hardware and enables full OEM integration.

If you purchase the complete rear view camera retrofit kit from our shop, the camera module is delivered pre-parameterized and ready for installation. This activation is already included with our full retrofit kit. This standalone activation is intended for customers who source and install the OEM hardware themselves.

Not Supported

• Vehicles without OEM rear view camera hardware installed
• Vehicles with aftermarket or non-OEM camera systems
• Cameras that are not correctly parameterized

How It Works

After purchase, the activation is assigned to your vehicle’s VIN. Using a Windows PC and an ENet cable, you connect to the vehicle and perform the activation using RetroLab Pro. The necessary vehicle-side configuration is applied automatically.
