Audi Q5 FY Side Assist Retrofit

Upgrade your Audi Q5 FY with the original Audi Side Assist system. Side Assist monitors vehicles in your blind spot and helps you change lanes more safely by warning you directly in the mirror.

Important Information

The radar sensors have Component Protection, which must be removed locally.
The radar sensors are brand new and calibration is required after installation.

Optional Upgrade: ASW (Exit Warning)

• ASW (Audi Side Warning / Exit Warning) can be added. This function flashes a warning light in the door if traffic is approaching when a door is opened.
• ASW requires high-version rear door modules (front door modules are already included in this set).
• ASW is only available on vehicles with the QQ2 ambient light package. Vehicles without QQ2 do not have the correct door trim for the ASW warning LED.

Remote Coding & Activation

All required final coding and activation is performed remotely by our team and is included in the price.
Component Protection removal cannot be performed remotely and must be completed locally by the customer (e.g. at an Audi dealer or specialist workshop), if applicable.
For the remote session, an ENet cable or VAS5054A interface is required.
