Audi A6 C8 models with Audi Sound System (PR-9VD) are often limited to basic Bass and Treble adjustment from factory. Even though a subwoofer is installed, its level cannot be adjusted independently in the MMI.

This activation unlocks the hidden subwoofer control, allowing you to fine-tune Bass and Subwoofer levels separately for a more refined and controlled sound profile.

How It Works

After purchase, the activation is assigned to your vehicle’s VIN. Using a Windows PC and an ENet cable, you connect to the vehicle and perform the activation via RetroLab Pro. The system automatically applies the required configuration.
