Audi e-tron GE Heated Steering Wheel Retrofit Activation (RetroLab Pro)

OEM activation for enabling an original heated steering wheel on Audi e-tron GE models. This activation is intended for vehicles where the correct OEM heated steering wheel hardware and compatible steering column control unit have already been installed, but factory coding has not yet been performed. It applies all required vehicle coding, steering angle sensor calibration and system configuration to fully integrate the heated steering wheel functionality. The activation is carried out using RetroLab Pro — no manual coding or remote session required.

Important

This activation is intended for vehicles where original OEM heated steering wheel hardware has been properly installed. This includes a heated steering wheel with integrated heating element and a compatible steering column control unit supporting the heating function. Only genuine OEM components are supported. Aftermarket steering wheels or custom heating solutions are not compatible.

If you purchase the complete heated steering wheel retrofit kit from our shop, this activation is already included. This standalone activation is intended for customers who source and install the OEM hardware themselves.

Not Supported

• Vehicles without OEM heated steering wheel hardware installed
• Vehicles equipped with aftermarket or non-OEM steering wheel systems
• Vehicles with incompatible steering column control units

How It Works

After purchase, the activation is assigned to your vehicle’s VIN. Using a Windows PC and an ENet cable, you connect to the vehicle and perform the activation using RetroLab Pro. The required OEM vehicle configuration is applied automatically.

• This is a digital, VIN-based activation. Once activation access is assigned to a VIN, it cannot be revoked or returned.
